Solutions Engineer, AI Agent

📋 Description

• Be AI Agent expert; act as go-to tech authority early in sales.
• Partner with Core SEs; own AI Agent narrative.
• Lead AI Agent workshops; design and run discovery sessions.
• Own use case and API discovery; define integration needs.
• Support high-stakes AI Agent demos; lead complex demos.
• Build the business case; translate AI Agent to ROI with Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, with 1–3 years in pre-sales for enterprises
• Hands-on experience designing/building/selling AI Agents or agentic AI systems
• Practical understanding of APIs and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with Conversational AI, contact center platforms, or voice automation
• Translate AI concepts into business value for technical and non-technical audiences
• Workshop facilitator and collaborator; comfortable with engineering teams and C-suite
