Solutions Engineer - ANZ

📋 Description

• Support Embedded Finance and Payment Acceptance across ANZ with API/integration opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery and qualification with prospective customers.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs and mappings.
• Run customer workshops, demos, and architecture discussions.
• Validate technical use cases, integrations, and implementation approaches.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Implementation teams to move deals forward.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in solution engineering, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or similar customer-facing roles in financial services.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and solution design in financial services, payments, SaaS, or platforms.
• Ability to run discovery and translate requirements into clear recommended solutions.
• Strong communication and confidence working with commercial, product, and customer stakeholders.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, sound technical judgement, and practical trade-off approach.
