📋 Description

• Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies.
• Research customer requirements and articulate business value of cloud tech.
• Deliver POCs for complex use cases with other Okta teams.
• Craft technical content showing how to implement use cases.
• Prepare and deliver demos demonstrating Okta's platform.
• Summarize customer needs and feedback for Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years pre-sales engineering experience
• Strong customer-facing experience in consulting or support
• Ability to communicate complex concepts via presentations
• Deep understanding of IAM: SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, LDAP
• Hands-on with web frontend (JavaScript, HTML) and backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python)
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP
