Solutions Engineer, Command

📋 Description

• Lead technical validation, discovery, and solution design for opportunities
• Partner with AE and cross-functional teams to scale repeatable technical plays
• Shape product demos and positioning using customer feedback
• Work with engineering leaders to modernize coordination and reduce repetitive requests
• Map customer pain points to practical designs and value narratives for engineers
• Support net-new and expansion opportunities with existing customers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of engineering/product delivery workflows and personas
• Knowledge of AI coding agents, APIs, data structures, permissions, and automation
• Excellent discovery skills to map customer needs to solutions
• Proficient at designing and delivering demos for technical and executive audiences
• Collaborate effectively with AEs, CSMs, Product, Marketing, and other SEs
