Solutions Engineer, Commercial+ - APJ

📋 Description

• Own the technical relationship with our customers
• Develop deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, and ecosystem
• Listen to prospects to provide market feedback to the product team
• Build product examples, documentation, and other resources for customers
• Collaborate with Commercial and Enterprise teams to ensure technical fit
• Identify and drive new programs to improve pre-to-post sales transitions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer or equivalent
• Previous B2B SaaS experience
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and OS (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
• Strong project management skills in a startup environment
• Familiar with REST API development and service integrations
• Ideally have prior experience in the cybersecurity space
