Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the technical strategy and delivery from pre-sales to deployment
• Partner with Sales to architect AI infra for labs, startups, and enterprise ML
• Own customer POCs: scope, metrics, architecture, timeline, handoff
• Deliver technical demos for engineering leaders and executives
• Architect solutions across training, fine-tuning, and inference
• Build reusable demos, reference architectures, and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS, EE, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions architect, FDE, or PM)
• Proficiency in Rust, Go, or Python
• Strong AI/ML infra: GPUs, distributed training, inference serving
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Slurm
• Excellent communication: explain infra and model behavior to tech and execs
