Solutions Engineer, Enterprise - US East

📋 Description

• Lead technical sales: demos, PoC, onboarding, and feature requests
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs
• Help marketing expand collateral to close opportunities
• Channel customer feedback to Product and roadmaps
• Coordinate with Customer Success for post-sale check-ins and integrations
• Collaborate with account team to hit bookings targets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in high-tech sales/solutions engineering or systems/network engineering
• Must be located on the U.S. East Coast
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Experience with Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers
• Knowledge of network protocols: DNS, BGP, Netflow, TCP/IP, SNMP
• Scripting language programming proficiency
