Solutions Engineer, Enterprise - US West

📋 Description

• Lead demos, PoC, onboarding, and feature requests
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
• Help expand marketing collateral to close deals
• Channel customer feedback to product management
• Collaborate with Customer Success on post-sales checks and integration
• Travel 30%+ for on-site meetings and events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a high-tech sales/solutions engineering or systems/network engineering role
• Must be located on the U.S. West Coast
• Ability to conduct technical conversations with staff-level engineers to senior executives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing Cisco/Juniper routers and your own Linux servers
• Understanding of DDoS attacks and basic mitigation methods
