Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Be the technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers
• Own end-to-end delivery for technical solutions
• Partner with account team to retain and expand portfolio
• Advise customers strategically on complex challenges
• Partner with Product to relay field insights that inform roadmap
• Develop scalable assets such as internal tools and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years in a technical, customer-facing role
• APIs, integrations, web concepts; Python/SQL/Bash/Ruby is a plus
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Own complex projects from scoping to implementation
• Comfort with ambiguous environments; proactive and adaptable
• Collaborative, curious, growth mindset
