• Take active role in region's customer success and resolve customer satisfaction issues, escalating
• Understand customer needs and establish company's product as the best solution addressing
• Present Netskope cloud security solution to prospective customers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience as Solutions/System Engineer with proven track record and
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills from tech level to senior
• Ability to scale from whiteboard to working with security architects to influencing CISOs
• Love and passion for helping customers and delivering satisfaction even with difficult customers
• Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration on Linux
