Become Box product/industry expert on Cloud Content Management.
Represent customer voice; relay feature requests to product team.

🎯 Requirements

4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
1+ years in sales/technical/customer-facing roles, SaaS/ECM preferred.
AI-curious and fluent; comfortable discussing LLMs, embeddings, automation, and prompt engineering.
Ability to learn, explain complex tech concepts, and demonstrate business value.
Experience leading strategic customer engagements.
Technically adept with experience in web technologies and APIs.
