Solutions Engineer - Italian Speaking

📋 Description

• Own the technical pre-sales relationship across opportunities and accounts
• Partner with Account Executives to demonstrate the product and architecture
• Address technical and business objections; deliver consultative solutions
• Develop prototypes and integrations using Algolia APIs
• Advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering teams
• Translate complex tech concepts into business value for diverse audiences
• Support seamless post-sales onboarding with Solution Architects and CS

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English
• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (SE/SA/consultant/PM)
• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• Backend: Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C
• Experience with data formats and data transformation
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Superior organizational skills with multiple customers
• Experience at SaaS scale ($150-300M ARR)
