Solutions Engineer - Japan

📋 Description

• Manage all technical aspects of sales process (demo, PoC, feature requests)
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
• Help marketing expand collateral to close sales
• Channel customer requirements to product management
• Post-sales engineering check-ins with Customer Success
• Collaborate with account team to hit bookings targets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a high-tech sales/solutions engineering or networks role
• Must be located in Japan
• Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Able to conduct technical conversations from staff engineers to executives
• Experience with Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers
• Strong understanding of Netflow, SNMP, BGP, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP
