📋 Description

• Foster a deep understanding of customer needs, pinpointing key success metrics, and orchestrating
• Independently handle all facets of system demonstrations, from equipment setup and operation to
• Lead the charge in system validation and customer implementation processes and successful deployment
• Assist in crafting responses for RFIs, RFPs, and other technical documentation
• Act as a voice of the customer within our team, influencing product development and engineering
• Support various go-to-market strategies and business activities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical background in areas including professional drone applications, radio systems
• Good understanding of the small uncrewed aircraft regulatory landscape
• Relevant experience serving our major industries like Defense, electrical utilities, architecture
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adaptable to various audience levels
• Proven track record of implementing new technologies for diverse clients, collaborating effectively
• At least 2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent mix of
