Solutions Engineer, LATAM (Remote)

📋 Description

• Partner with LATAM sales to own the technical side from discovery through close
• Lead technical discovery to understand requirements, current architecture, pain points, and goals
• Recommend integration strategies and architectures using Telnyx products
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, workshops, and POC support
• Explain Telnyx products across Voice, SIP Trunking, Messaging, Wireless/IoT, Networking, AI
• Help customers evaluate Telnyx APIs, network capabilities, and communications infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing technical roles like Solutions Engineering
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, telecom infra, networking, cloud, APIs
• Ability to explain complex tech concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
• Strong presentation and demo skills
• Fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese
