Solutions Engineer Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the Solutions Engineering organization across pre-sales, post-sales, and partnerships.
• Define team structure, roles, and success metrics for each function.
• Recruit and onboard 4–6 engineers in the first year.
• Build repeatable playbooks for discovery, pilots, onboarding, and enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to shape strategy.
• Stay hands-on with technical work and complex enterprise engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading technical teams across pre-sales, post-sales, solutions consulting, or related
• Experience across multiple Solutions Engineering functions (pre-sales, post-sales, implementation
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, low-ego leadership style.
• Deep technical expertise across APIs, integrations, data connectors, and enterprise architecture.
• Proficient in production code (Python, TypeScript, Bash, or similar).
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and security/compliance (REST APIs, webhooks
