Mentor junior Solutions Engineers to improve discovery, demos, and POC quality.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to guide product direction.

🎯 Requirements

7-10 years in enterprise pre-sales BI or data analytics with net-new logo focus.
Deep expertise with the modern data stack: Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift; dbt.
Experience leading discovery, demos, POCs, and technical evaluations with stakeholders.
Strong SQL skills for analytics.
Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with BI tools: Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode.
