Solutions Engineer – National Security, Dock Subject Matter Expert

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to win technical validation and define deployment success
• Lead demonstrations, proofs of concept, and field trials, including hands-on dock installation
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot compliant cloud, on-premise, WiFi, cellular, and IP networking
• Work the accreditation and compliance path these customers require: ATO processes, impact levels
• Act as the customer's technical representative internally, coordinating with Product, Engineering
• Support customer onboarding, training, and early operational use to drive long-term adoption and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years supporting cloud-connected or on-premise hardware and software systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with WiFi, cellular, and IP networking, including troubleshooting
• Experience installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining hardware systems in customer
• Familiarity with government acquisition processes and the delivery of complex technical systems
• Proven ability to implement new technology and coordinate with technical teams to deliver on
