Solutions Engineer, Parchment

📋 Description

• Demonstrate Solutions: Deliver engaging product demonstrations for Parchment's suite of services
• Customer Discovery: Engage with prospective customers to identify their goals and challenges
• Technical Leadership: Guide in-depth technical discussions with IT professionals about platform
• Solution Architecture: Identify or design effective solutions for unique technical requirements
• Documentation & Proposals: Gather and document requirements to ensure successful
• Product Feedback: Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback on new features and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required and background in academic technology and/or solutions engineering.
• Experience with K-12 or Postsecondary education; strong understanding of the edtech market and SaaS
• Deep knowledge of systems integration (LTI, APIs), XML/JSON, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Student Information Systems (e.g., Oracle PeopleSoft, Ellucian, Workday
• Experience with Salesforce, Responsive, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate system capabilities empathetically and
