5+ years in a B2B SaaS SE role; experience with DevOps/FinOps and Kubernetes.
Deep Kubernetes know-how across EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift.
Hands-on SaaS experience in cloud observability, optimization, FinOps, platform engineering.
Strong data analysis using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
Proven ROI/business case skills with product data.
Excellent communication; able to explain Kubernetes concepts to tech and business audiences.
