Solutions Engineer, Platform Experiences

📋 Description

• Design, scope, and implement ad experiences that monetize platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Ad Ops, and Eng to build custom solutions.
• Create and maintain regression tests with QA Engineering.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, escalate to Eng.
• Write clear docs and specs for new features.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, quality, scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in AdTech/MarTech at publishers, DSP/SSP, or agencies.
• 1–3 years with Looker, Datadog, Tableau; SQL/Hive experience.
• Trafficking digital video formats (VAST/VMAP).
• Strong track record supporting external/internal stakeholders on integrations.
• Clear written and verbal communication with Product, Engineering, Ops, Sales.
• Analytical, with project-management, deadline-driven mindset.
• Partner with Engineering to triage and resolve issues quickly.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS or related field.
