📋 Description

• Work directly with Attio’s new customers via video, email, and live chat
• Design programs to support onboarding at scale (docs, emails, office hours)
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales/CS
• Collaborate with support or engineering to resolve issues
• Gather client feedback to improve Attio product

🎯 Requirements

• Direct customer-facing experience deploying or managing complex products
• Customer-facing experience solving business problems with technology
• Experience using SaaS concepts APIs/JSON; integrating systems via code or iPaaS (Zapier, Tray.ai
• 1 programming or query language (Javascript, Python, SQL)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
