Work directly with Attio’s new customers via video/email/chat to ensure success
Design and develop onboarding programs (guides/docs/emails/office hours)
Identify accounts for expansion; collaborate with Sales and CS to nurture growth
Collaborate with internal teams to address product issues
Gather client feedback to improve the Attio product

🎯 Requirements

Direct customer-facing experience deploying, selling, or managing complex products
Customer-facing experience solving business problems with technology
Experience with APIs and JSON; integrating systems using code or iPaaS (Zapier, Tray.ai, IFTTT)
1 programming or query language (Javascript, Python, SQL)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
