Solutions Engineer/Pre-sales

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales to tailor Coins.ph solutions
• Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and POC sessions
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Gather customer feedback to shape product enhancements
• Prepare technical docs, integration guides, and diagrams
• Assist in drafting proposals, responses to RFPs, and solution overviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field (or equivalent)
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant (fintech/payments/crypto preferred)
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise IT environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
