Solutions Engineer - SD WAN

📋 Description

• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to tailor demos aligned with customer needs.
• Technical Expertise & Product Demos: Conduct demos and explain SD-WAN features to stakeholders.
• Solution Design: Design customized SD-WAN solutions aligned with objectives.
• Proposal Development: Help develop proposals and cost estimates for deployment.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as technical resource for existing clients post-implementation.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work with product management, engineering and support to gather feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in technical sales or related roles, with 1-2 years in SD-WAN.
• Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms (Cisco Viptela, VMware SD-WAN, Fortinet).
• Networking principles: TCP/IP, routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), WAN/LAN and security.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools; VPNs, firewalls and load balancing.
• Translate technical features into business benefits; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
