Solutions Engineer, Strategic Accounts

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to lead deep, multi-stakeholder discovery
• Map org structures and integrations to architect tailored solutions
• Design and deliver high-impact product demos and workshops
• Develop account-specific presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Serve as the technical authority on REST/GraphQL APIs, data model, and integration
• Explain CreatorIQ's AI/ML capabilities and ROI impact

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or SaaS pre-sales
• Hands-on with REST and/or GraphQL APIs and integrations
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts in marketing tech
• Experience with MCP, AI agents, and agentic integration patterns
• Experience managing security questionnaires and InfoSec/compliance
• Able to navigate complex orgs and build trust from practitioners to C-suite
