• Run regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and career development conversations, ensuring high quality of

• Execute and reinforce Synthesia's core presales motions (research, discovery, demos, workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting, managing, and developing Solution Engineering presales teams
• Owned the full employee life cycle (hiring through promotion) across teams from early stage to
• Career progression from an individual contributor (IC) to leadership, with deep expertise in a
• Track record of improving team performance through coaching, hands-on deal support, and consistent
• Comfortable owning forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting from a presales
• Fluent in MEDPICC and Command of the Message, and credibility to coach SEs on applying them
