Solutions Manager II, Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Lead internal and external specialists across Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines to deliver
• Translate business needs into robust functional and technical solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Own delivery from demand shaping through production adoption, ensuring operational stability
• Work across business process design, solution architecture, integrations, testing, release

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in finance systems, ERP or financial technology delivery, including
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement, including General
• Practical understanding of source-to-contract, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and record-to-report
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues from both functional and technical perspectives, including
• Proven experience managing the full delivery lifecycle, including change request prioritization
• Experience governing financial systems controls and audit requirements, including SOX controls
