📋 Description

• Bridge Singapore Solutions with global HQ; adapt APAC processes.
• Localise client engagement norms, government procurement, data residency.
• Own revenue and people operations for Singapore/APAC regions.
• Deliver scalable AI workflows and operational excellence.
• Oversee staffing and capacity planning for APAC.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Legal across geographies.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategic operations or revenue ops.
• Proven ability to optimise processes and KPIs in fast-scaling org.
• Experience in Singapore enterprise/government markets and procurement norms.
• Strong cross-cultural communication across geographies.
• Hands-on with Salesforce and BI tools (Looker/Hex/BigQuery) and data warehouses.
• Fluency in English; Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
