📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring goals, role requirements, and the
• Develop and run sourcing strategies for GTM roles across Sales and Solutions Architecture.
• Identify, engage, and assess prospective candidates, then manage them through the initial stages of
• Build broad candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, internal networks, talent
• Conduct talent research and market mapping to assess talent availability, identify target companies
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate pipeline health, outreach performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, with experience
• Experience using sourcing and candidate relationship management tools, such as Gem and LinkedIn
• Demonstrated ability to create sourcing strategies for competitive, specialized, or
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create personalized
• Ability to build effective working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and
