Execute sourcing strategies to deploy, scale, and operate Wing's global drone network
Manage sourcing initiatives across infrastructure, logistics, and field services
Source and manage suppliers for nest deployment, site infrastructure
Support logistics and warehousing sourcing: transport, milk-run, hubs
Own commercial relationships: negotiate costs and ensure supplier performance
Collaborate with stakeholders on category strategy and contract negotiation

🎯 Requirements

3-6+ years in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or supplier management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience sourcing logistics networks, last mile or middle mile, infra deployment, field services
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to balance strategic thinking and detailed execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence cross-functional teams
