📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and order processing for overseas apparel orders.
• Create and release purchase orders (POs) and track production to delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and quality with vendors.
• Liaise with printers and internal teams to resolve delays.
• Build strong vendor relationships and ensure on-time execution.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1.5+ years of sourcing or buying experience.
• At least 1.5+ years of order processing/management experience.
• Strong attention to detail; handle high-volume, multi-step workflows.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Experience with overseas suppliers or manufacturers in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong problem-solving.
