Sourcing and Order Specialist

📋 Description

• End-to-end sourcing and order processing for overseas apparel orders; PO creation.
• Create accurate purchase orders and negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Track production and delivery against schedule; ensure on-time execution.
• Negotiate terms; ensure materials meet specifications.
• Primary liaison for printers; resolve order issues with internal teams.
• Maintain procurement docs and Excel/Sheets trackers; flag delays.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sourcing/buying experience with vendor management.
• 2+ years order processing / end-to-end execution.
• Strong attention to detail; manage high-volume, multi-step processes.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Experience with overseas suppliers/manufacturers in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; problem-solving.
