🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years recruiting experience
• Proven success sourcing and closing for technical and non-technical roles
• Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
• Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools
