Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume candidate sourcing and screening across multiple open roles
• Review resumes and conduct initial qualification assessments
• Lead high-volume video screenings to evaluate candidate fit efficiently
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage interviews across recruiters and hiring managers
• Manage and maintain job postings across job boards and sourcing platforms
• Create and update job descriptions (JDs) in collaboration with recruiters and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on sourcing or recruitment support in high-volume, fast-paced hiring
• Remote work experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana
• Experience with US or UK-based companies
• Proven ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks accurately
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable conducting video-based screenings and tight timelines
