Sourcing Director, Apparel

📋 Description

• Develop and implement end-to-end sourcing strategy for apparel categories
• Onboard new manufacturing partners to Quince D2C model and coach them
• Educate partners on Quince Operating System: Operational Excellence, Financial Model, Technical
• Drive continuous improvement on quality, speed, availability, and financial impact KPIs
• Lead catalog expansion with Merchandising and Product Development teams
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with partner management

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years director-level strategic sourcing or supplier management experience
• Deep factory connections globally in woven, knit, and sweater knit
• Product obsessed with cost engineering and bringing products to market
• GM mindset with supply chain and lean/JIT manufacturing experience
• Deep cost understanding with clean sheet costing and negotiation tactics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
