Sourcing Director, Outerwear

📋 Description

• Lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy globally for outerwear.
• Shape the apparel supply chain foundation and report to VP of Apparel Sourcing.
• Onboard manufacturing partners to Quince D2C model with rapid replenishment.
• Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS) across operations, finance, and tech
• Drive operational excellence: fast lead times, consumer-first focus, and cost transparency.
• Manage continuous improvement against KPIs: quality, speed, availability, and ROIC.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years at director level in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement or Supplier Management with major US
• Extensive partner factory connections globally (APAC, IST, EMEA).
• Experience cost-engineering and bringing products to market; knowledge of regional materials.
• GM mindset with supply chain/lean/JIT manufacturing background.
• Strong cost-savings capabilities via clean sheets and negotiation tactics.
• Highly organized, analytical, execution-focused, and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
