Sourcing Manager - AI Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own sourcing strategy for AI infrastructure commodities and suppliers.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQ/RFP, evaluation, and negotiations.
• Develop strong supplier relationships; drive cost, quality, delivery, capacity and responsiveness.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to align sourcing with tech objectives.
• Assess supplier capabilities, roadmaps, manufacturing readiness and scalability.
• Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, agreements and long-term partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing/procurement in technology hardware.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure, HPC, servers, networking and storage.
• Negotiations and contract experience.
• Analytical skills including cost modelling and total cost of ownership.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams.
