Partner with power systems engineers to define commodity strategy and roadmaps.
Own end-to-end sourcing, supplier qualification, and multi-sourcing to ensure on-time delivery.
Negotiate high-impact commercial agreements with pricing, volume commitments, and priority allocation.
Deploy predictive analytics and real-time visibility to mitigate supply risks.
Drive cost leadership via value engineering and total cost of ownership optimization.
Build and maintain a world-class supply base through strategic relationships and exec reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Degree plus 3+ years in global supply chain or procurement; or 5+ years without a degree.
Experience with power systems, high-voltage equipment, or energy infrastructure.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
On-site in Austin, TX.
Strong negotiation, analytics, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with vendor development and approved vendor list processes.
