Review designs and specs to ensure constructability and code compliance.
Perform market analysis and should-cost modeling for best-value deals.
Create, negotiate, and administer construction contracts and POs.
Manage contractor/vendor relationships; ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

🎯 Requirements

Advanced degree with 3+ years in engineering, purchasing, or construction.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in one or more of the listed fields.
Strong civil/mechanical/electrical/plumbing and fire-protection background.
Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, IBC, OSHA codes and delivery methods.
Experience with GC/MEP contractors or construction services providers.
Hands-on procurement: bidding, evaluation, contract administration.
