Sourcing Manager, Construction (Starship)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction services including general contracting
• Lead the creation of bid packages and manage competitive bidding processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs)
• Review and validate engineering designs, construction drawings, scopes of work, and specifications
• Perform market analysis and develop should-cost models to achieve the best value purchasing deals
• Create, negotiate, and administer construction contracts and purchase orders in collaboration with
• Evaluate contractor proposals, bills of materials, and scopes of work for completeness, accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience working in one or more of the following; OR bachelor’s
• Engineering
• Supply Chain
• Purchasing
• Contract negotiation
• Material or production planning
