Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, supply continuity.
Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management for manufacturers.
Manage contract manufacturers to ensure capacity, equipment readiness, material availability, and NPI production.
Own supplier forecasting, inventory planning, purchasing, and MRP for ERP accuracy.
Drive supplier performance via scorecards and reviews for cost, quality, delivery, service.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and align sourcing with roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent).
9+ years in strategic sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
Experience managing contract manufacturers and global supplier relationships.
Experience supporting both NPI and high-volume production.
