🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production, or engineering (or 9+ years without degree)
• 3+ years of experience with advanced degree in relevant field
• Experience in managing product development, new product introduction (NPI), and mass production
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues
