Sourcing Manager, Corporate Services

📋 Description

• Own strategic sourcing and supplier management for Corporate Services
• Lead sourcing, negotiate terms, and manage supplier performance
• Partner with Finance, Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, IT, Compliance, HR, Facilities
• Drive savings and cost avoidance while protecting service quality
• Translate business needs into supplier strategy and negotiation posture
• Strengthen contract coverage, governance, and vendor performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sourcing/procurement; 3+ years in Corporate Services (Facilities Real Estate, HR Services, Travel, Marketing, Contingent Workforce)
• Experience leading RFx, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution
• Strong business judgment, spend analysis, benchmarking, business cases, savings measurement
• Deep understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay; guide intake, approvals, onboarding, POs
• Cross-functional partnership with Legal, Finance, IT, InfoSec, Privacy, Compliance; reduce risk while delivering value
