Partner with engineers to define build strategies and SOWs for ODMs/CMs
Own end-to-end ODM/CM management for on-time delivery and lead-time compression
Define and negotiate SOWs that challenge specs and costs while preserving quality
Drive cost leadership via should-cost modeling and design-for-manufacturability (DFM) reviews
Standardize NPI-to-mass production and optimize inventory and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Business/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Engineering (or 9+ yrs)
4+ years experience in global supply chain
Deep understanding of L10/L11 manufacturing flows and design-for-manufacturability (DFM)
Proven track record managing ODMs/CMs in hyperscale environments
Hands-on familiarity with server/network build processes and FATP concepts
Willingness to travel domestically/internationally; onsite in Austin
