Sourcing Manager, Ground Infrastructure (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Source and establish regional/global supplier partnerships for Starlink ground infra.
• Develop regional regulatory, cultural insights to support planning and ops.
• Execute agreements and develop commercial models for partnerships with suppliers.
• Create scalable metrics to assess health and success of ground infra.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and quantify impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree with 3+ years in sourcing/engineering, or 9+ years in related roles.
• Experience in purchasing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Development experience in Python, C# or other OO languages.
• Experience or interest in data analysis, data visualization, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional written/verbal comms to executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
