Maintain supplier relationships; serve as Quince's local ambassador.
Collaborate with HQ teams in planning, design, production, QA, merchandising.
Drive cost, quality, and lead time targets across supply chains.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in sourcing, product development, or supply chain roles within home textiles.
Deep understanding of textile, weaving/finishing, costing, testing, and home goods manufacturing.
Strong network of EU-based soft home vendors.
Proven track record of owning product development timelines, cost negotiations, and factory onboarding.
Fluency in English.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Textiles, or related field.
