Sourcing & Procurement Manager (Construction)

📋 Description

• Source construction materials from manufacturers and suppliers overseas
• Manage purchasing and ensure materials reach project sites on time, on budget, and to spec
• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist manufacturers and suppliers for construction and building
• Request and compare quotations, samples, and technical data sheets against design and material
• Build and maintain an approved vendor list with pricing, lead times, certifications, and
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery commitments with suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, ideally for construction or
• Hands-on experience with international or export sourcing, including working with overseas suppliers
• Working knowledge of export and import documentation, freight forwarding, and customs processes
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort managing multiple vendors at once
• Ability to read material specifications and technical data sheets, and ask the right questions
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for tracking orders, costs, and timelines
