3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume and
Experience sourcing for both hourly and salaried positions
Experience sourcing for pharmacy, healthcare, or operations and call center environments
Strong Boolean search skills and creative sourcing techniques
Experience with AI-enabled sourcing tools (Findem preferred)
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards such as Indeed, and an Applicant Tracking System
