Sourcing Specialist

📋 Description

• Source and manage mechanical products, including linear shafts, timing pulleys, bushings, locating
• Leverage Misumi and similar catalogs while identifying and qualifying true OEM manufacturers in
• Build and maintain a diversified supplier base to reduce single-source dependency.
• Own end-to-end product/project delivery: RFQs, cost analysis, negotiation, PO placement, delivery
• Negotiate not only price, but also MOQ, lead time, payment terms, capacity commitments, and
• Manage NDAs, supplier agreements, and commercial terms in line with company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in sourcing & supply chain.
• Written & Spoken English skills, CET-6 or above is preferred.
• Experience in mechanical products is preferred.
• Self-driven & problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to learn.
